課程概述 |
本課程是以地理系大三學生為主要授課對象,其他凡對環境生態問題有興趣之學生也是授課
對象。
上課時間為星期四下午二點二十分至五點二十分,為一學期三學分之課程。
課程前半學期是以介紹基本生態觀念及在處理環境問題所應用的生態原則為主,後半學期則
是討論當前世界與台灣重要的環境生態問題。
上課內容大致可分為下列主題:簡介環境生態、生物與環境、族群生態學、群落生態學、生
態系統的構造與機能、生態系統種類及特色、臭氧層破壞、溫室效應、酸雨、空氣污染問
題、水污染問題、土壤污染、固體廢棄物處理問題、核廢料處理問題、森林減少、沙漠化、
野生動植物棲地破壞及種歧異度減少等。
The course covers topics in the areas of individual, population, community, and ecosystem ecology, as well as humanity’s effect on natural systems. This course gives students an introduction to the main principles of ecology covers population, community and ecosystem ecology of plants and animals. It focuses on the interactions of organisms with each other and with their abiotic environment. In addition, we will also consider the relationships between basic ecological science and current environmental problems.

課程目標 |
本課程主要有四個目的:1)介紹處理環境問題所需之基本生態觀念及原則;2)了解當前全球
與台灣重要的環境生態問題;3)應用課堂所討論之生態概念來連結環境問題;及4)學習如何進行生態調查及呈現調查的結果
1) understand the basic concepts of population, community and ecosystem ecology
2) know the current important environmental issues
3) apply the ecological concepts you learn in class relate to current environmental problems
4) be able to design an ecological study that addresses relevant questions and interpret and present your study to your peers

課程要求 |
Students of the class are expected to do before-class preparations and all the
assignments given after every class. There will be writing tests for the midterm
and the final. Also there will be short writing exercises to be done at home. As
the reading materials will either be uploaded to the class webpage or
distributed to the individual e-mail box, it is expected that all students have
proper computing equipments and essential operating skills to get the class work
going. The class are also expected to keep close attention to the announcements
on the bulletinboard to be well informed of what-to-dos and how-to-dos for the
course.
1. 實習作業以pdf繳交為準,不接受email。
3. 實習作業若有抄襲其他同學,該作業以零分計算。而且整個實習總分再打6折計算。
4. 事假請事先告知助教或老師,病假請依照學校請假規則辦理。
